Who handles your data

What we collect and why

• Free lesson and newsletter registration — your name and email address. We use these to send lesson details, reminders and course offers. The legal basis is your consent.
• Course purchases — information needed to process your purchase and provide access, including your name, email address and payment information. The legal bases are performance of the contract and legal obligations.
• Correspondence — when you contact us, we retain your messages so we can reply.

Cookies and Meta Pixel

We use cookies to operate the website and Meta Pixel to measure the effectiveness of Facebook and Instagram advertising, such as how many people register for a lesson. You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings.

Who receives your data

Our service providers process data: Mailchimp for sending emails, Meta for advertising measurement, and our website hosting and payment providers. Some may process data outside the EU; in those cases, EU Standard Contractual Clauses apply. We do not sell your data.

How long we keep your data

We retain registration data until you unsubscribe using the link at the bottom of each email. Purchase data is retained for the period required by accounting law.

Your rights

You may request access to your data, correction, deletion or restriction of processing, object to processing, or withdraw consent by emailing tomas@kalbekispaniskai.lt. You may also complain to the Lithuanian State Data Protection Inspectorate ( vdai.lrv.lt).
